Refund Policy

We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges.

All products are carefully checked and guaranteed as in good condition before processing to delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the goods within 7 days of receiving your package, please contact us at shop@akitasawara.com for the return procedure. All returns must be sent to us first via registered mail in their original condition. Please wrap your items safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. We are unable to accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded. After receiving your package, We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and payment fee from credit card, debit card, PayPal, and cash on delivery. But If the reason is from our mistake, not from the reason: changing your mind, we would like to ensure that you will get a full refund.
