Order Tracking

SHIPPING

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow up to 3 working hours for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days may exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking is available in both Thailand Mail and DHL.

THAILAND MAIL

Thailand Mail is available for Thai customers only. May take 1 – 2 days for Express Mail, and 2 – 5 days for Registered Mail.

DHL

DHL is available for International customers. DHL orders are tracked and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

You can calculate your shipping fee once you have checked out your order. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Akitasawara is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

RETURNS

We offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order within 7 days of receiving your package, please contact us at shop@akitasawara.com.
